We are North West–based but travel wherever required.
Travel within 50 miles of Manchester City Centre is included. Beyond this, mileage is charged at 45p per mile. Destination weddings and overseas events are available by arrangement.

We typically wear smart black formal attire but are happy to adapt our look to suit your event theme or colour palette.

The balance payment is due 14 days prior to the performance date and must be paid by bank transfer. We do not accept cash, cheque, PayPal, or card payments for balances.

Deposits are non-refundable.
If a booking is cancelled at any time, the deposit will not be refunded.
Cancellations made within 60 days of the performance date are liable for the full balance.

A booking of 1–1.5 hours is usually sufficient for ceremony only engagement.
If the ceremony exceeds the agreed booking time, we will stay where possible and invoice overtime after the event. Extended time cannot always be guaranteed.

All bookings: Soft or hot drinks required
Bookings of 4 hours or more: light refreshments (e.g. sandwiches) must be provided.

We require:
• Level ground
• Adequate lighting
• Armless chairs (one per musician)
• Minimum of 3m x 2m performance space

Outdoor performances require suitable cover to protect instruments and musicians from weather conditions. Acceptable cover includes marquees, canopies, awnings, or doorways. Trees are not acceptable cover.
Outdoor undercover performance temperatures should be between 18°C and 26°C. Additional heating or cooling may be required outside these conditions.

Any amplification requirements must be discussed in advance. We do not supply sound equipment. Amplification must be hired separately.

We are happy to collaborate with singers or instrumentalists — please contact us to discuss arrangements.

If music is not in our existing repertoire, an arrangement or sourcing fee may apply.

In the unlikely event we must cancel due to unforeseen circumstances, you will receive a full refund of all payments made.

If a musician is unable to attend, we may offer a reduced ensemble. Compensation will be limited to the absent musician’s fee.

Additional time can be added to cover delays at the hirer’s request.

Booking duration refers to total hired time, not continuous playing.
For bookings of two hours or more, we take 10-minute breaks per hour, coordinated with your event schedule.

Time extensions requested after booking confirmation may incur additional fees.

Photographs and videos are for example purposes only. The musicians performing on the day may differ from those shown.

Your data is used solely for the purpose of delivering our services and is never shared with third parties.

We hold Public Liability Insurance up to £10 million.
